Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Ajay Pasupuleti is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in image processing, data management, and archival technologies. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Microsystems Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2006. As the founder and CEO of Ooga Technologies, Dr. Pasupuleti is dedicated to uniting the global Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) community through the Ooga Platform, aiming to enhance efficiencies and preserve critical knowledge within the industry.
Michael Turnbow
Chief Workforce Officer
Michael Turnbow serves as the Chief Workforce Officer (CWO) at Ooga Technologies, bringing over 30 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to the company. Prior to co-founding Ooga, he was the General Manager of the Tennessee Valley Authority’s Testing and Services Group, where he led various NDT initiatives. At Ooga, Michael oversees the development and implementation of innovative NDT solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. His extensive industry knowledge and leadership play a crucial role in advancing Ooga’s mission to revolutionize NDT practices.

Nihara Vankayala is an engineering leader with over 15 years of experience building scalable platforms and high-performing teams across the technology sector. She earned her Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kavikulguru Institute of Technology, Ramtek, and her Master of Science in Image/Signal Processing from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2011. As Director of Engineering at Ooga Technologies, Nihara is responsible for defining platform strategy and roadmap, overseeing system architecture, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions in the Billing domain.

Peter Davis brings a breadth of experience in X-ray technology business development and sales roles to the Ooga team. He specializes in connecting organizations to the solutions they uniquely need to improve the accuracy and efficiency of NDT. Peter is a key part of building new relationships to connect organizations to the Ooga platform and consulting solutions to gain access to highly vetted NDT experts and best in class tools for Non-Destructive Testing.

She’s also excited to empower Ooga to continue to recruit the best-in-class NDT experts across the globe for remote digital inspection and “boots on the ground” NDT support.

Anand Gopalan is a Strategic Advisor at Ooga Technologies, contributing his extensive expertise in technology and leadership to the company’s mission of revolutionizing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Vayu Robotics, a company specializing in AI and sensing technologies for robotics. Prior to these roles, Anand served as CEO and CTO at Velodyne Lidar, where he played a pivotal role in advancing lidar technologies and autonomous systems. His leadership at Velodyne was marked by significant growth and innovation in the lidar industry.
